with severe fatigue should get tested for B12 levels.
Once you start taking B-complex (especially in high doses) you skew your blood work. Low B12 is more common than people AND DOCTORS think. In Japan they medicate anyone with a reading of less than 500. In this country 200 is considered "normal" and it is not. 1mg /day minimum is a good place to start. that is 1000mcg of methyl type which is the activated form. Some conditions are showing up as low B12 in the spinal fluid. Fibro has shown this fact for example. For MS: Quote:

Hey, if it works for you then great!
![]() ![]() I have fatigue all the time, but sometimes it's much worse (like the past few days?) and for those times I have Provigil that's working just fine for me this time around. ![]() ![]()

I have found out this week with no electricity that my fatigue is more profound. I don't know if it is stress or just the fact that I don't have my C PAP on at night but I'm betting on the C PAP.

heart burn or reflux from the higher dose Bcomplexes.
I am not sure which ingredient is responsible for this. The B12 ONLY stand alone supplements do not cause this. for 9 cents a day, it is certainly worth a try! Go for the activated methylcobalamin (not the synthetic cyano--which needs 4 steps in the body to convert it). Methyl version is not commonly in stores. Most of the posters I know buy it online at places like www.iherb.com
