Default Nervous Nellie

I would appreciate your prayers and positive thoughts this afternoon right around 4:00. I have my telephone counseling session with the retirement specialist at shared services down in North Carolina.

I have the stuff from my doctors (YAY!) and have filled out the application and other forms the best I know how, but I'm still a little confuzzeled about a couple of things.

I have all my questions typed out, in order of importance (to me) because I know that as soon as the phone rings, my brain will turn to worse mush.

I don't know if this person will be my "case worker", so to speak, or if this is my one shot, so I'm kinda jittery (go figure).

After today, I finish filling out the forms, then ship them off to North Carolina, where human resources will get together with accounting services, etc., do their thing, then ship everything off to the Office of Personnel Management (I'm a fed, if you haven't guessed by now)

Then, all I have to do is wait to see if I'm approved...for months??? I'm SOOOO good at that.

Thank you, as usual, for your support!
