Default Pain in my Arms

The pain in my arms is worse today than all week. This morning I vac'd the bedroom and ever since my arms have been spasming so bad and actual pain..... this is really making me worried.

I have decided insurance or not I am going to call the neuro on Monday.

I am sure the weather isn't helping. I have taken as much Baclofen as I can and even took a pain pill this afternoon but it didn't even touch it.

It has been a week today - which makes me nervous, we all know when something stays with us longer than a week.....

Going to have some dinner and hit the bed early. I didn't sleep well last night for it was keeping me up.

I put the bar of soap in the bed tonight and I am thinking of trying one up by my head and maybe it will help my arms / shoulders?

This is the first thing I thought of hun. My head hasn't been hurting UNTIL today. Now I'm getting the good ole temple pains. UGH. Lousy weather!

I hope you find something that gives you relief though.

Pain sucks, Char. Try some Epsom salts in a warm bath too.

Hope you find some relief from the spasms. I feel for you!

Char, it could be the rain coming but a week is a long time. I agree you should have it looked at. I hope you get some relief.

Char hopefully when the storm moves off shore you will feel better real soon, glad you are going to call neuro, did you try heat or ice, think it might help?

i have found sometimes ice does help me and even heat, as long as it isn't what Laura has the headache, I have noticed a lot of pains with the storms this year, pains i never had with storms, which I hear diff things that storms wont accent your MS SX

heres hoping the pain subsides real soon

Hugs Char. I know that pain is not fun. It drains you of energy among other things. Get some rest and try the epsom salt bath. It does help (as much as I HATE baths, it does relax the pain sometimes!)

It could be something other than MS, tho, so I would call the doc.

I was talking with a board buddy last night..... she mentioned L'Hermittes which I had forgot all about - yup, put my neck to my chin and wow sharp prickles right down to my finger tips!

The last couple of times I got it it went down into my legs but not this time! Right down my arms especially the right! Can hardly lift my right arm up to my shoulder without severe pain.

Ok, I am going to check the weather and sign off for the night. Thanks for the prayers.... you are right B2U - maybe someone will see it and add it?
