Today I had to go to the chiropractor because I couldn't stand it anymore....pain under my shoulder-blades and shooting down to my elbow. Now my elbow hurts when I put it down. Lower back has been hurting too.
I feel for everyone who can't sleep cause of the hurt! Chiro worked me over and his assistant gave me a massage. Felt good but I still hurt. Chiro said he couldn't believe how tight the muscles were in my neck and back.....ahhhh spasticity.....don't ya just love it. Just when the leaves are starting to change and the nights are getting cold! This happens to me every season change......

I have never been to the Chiro - to chicken!!! And I haven't had a message that I liked ever! It hurts so bad and I just go without!
