Default Numb Chin

Hi guys, I posted in Unusual symptoms before I found this link and am now thinking this is where I should be. I am a 52 year old female from Queensland Australia and I have this left side jaw and chin numbness for approx 4 weeks and although there is no pain It is a worrying symptom. I have had my teeth and neck and throat checked by xray and scan with no result but am thinking after reading early MS symptoms that I have a few of them.....numbness, tic though not severe, noticeable, occasional urine incontinence when it is not a full bladder, ...but mostly this numbness that s worrying. There is no muscle tone loss as in the muscles still smile, react etc but it's like a dental procedure injection is wearing off - there but not there if you know what I mean. Also it may or not be relevant but I have a soreness above my left eye tooth, quite high up almost to my nose. My thanks to those who answered in the other post . Thanks in advance Tory

Hi Tory and welcome to NeuroTalk!

I had these same symptoms during the time I had Bells Palsy on the left side of my face. This may or may not be what you have but it's worth checking out.

Have you seen a Neurologist yet? If not, you may want to see one and ask for an MRI so they can see what's going on with your brain and C-Spine.

I hope you get some answers soon!
