Sorry to hear you aren't feeling well, Sally.

I thought you have been SPMS for several years already though? Do they have the category wrong; you should not be having relapses at this point in your journey.

I know what you mean about everything crashing and going kapooey ... (this is something I had to learn) ... stay calm ... treat yourself ... put your feet up ... read a good book ... spoil yourself .. take time for you ...
