I may have to get one as well...and soon....
I as TK mentioned..sometimes jot down and mark off when take..but then a few times...I would wonder did I remember my pill....then look at the mark off pad...and say did I remember to mark off if I did take it?? memory..uggg so I am with you age 39, and needing to get one too..and I only take neurontin...but at times dont recall if remembered or not....heck today I was writing my work phone number down..and thought no that isnt right..finally thought yes I have it right...then looked in my cell phone..and I had it wrong...lol..I try to laugh at these things..so I dont cry!! hugsss all,sarah
