Deb we all asked these same questions at one time or another we are all the same and in the same boat, not sure if naming said boat titanic was a good idea
 Do not ever feel you can not ask questions, like i said we have all asked some basic to complex questions at one time or another, how else can one learn if not giving to asking questions.I get the twitch thing too, definitely write this ? down with your other ? and bring the note to neuro on next visit to ask him/her and or at lest mention it,

 And, yes when I do my stretches I have a little shaking and burning goin on.. Isn't MS great.....not!
