Spascicty hits me mainly on the right, where most of my numbness is.
Nerve pain is mainly my left where most of my muscle fatigue is. Gotta love this wacky disease. ![]()

For me, it hits my lower left leg foot and occasionally my left hand. I used to have it all over, but they finally found a good med combo. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to fall asleep until 3 or 4. Finally had enough and called my doctor yesterday and got a call back with some suggestions. I've had very little pain and when I do, it's been when I've been more active. Hopefully soon, things will balance out. Unfortunately with ms it's a constant balancing act.

For intermittent pain, it's the spacticity/cramps which hit me worst in the muscles between the small bones of my feet. I also get nasty ones in the calf muscle whenever I try to straighten my leg all the way out.
For constant pain, it's a terrible nerve pain that I get in my left eye. I personally think it's due to demylination of that Optic Nerve, having had multiple episodes of ON in that eye. It came on with my last ON relapse 2 years ago, and hasn't left me yet. ![]()

For me it's an all over thing with no rhyme or reason, but today it's my hands and my right leg.
It's a constant battle, stretching, but not crossing that "line" where the stretch turns into a screaming cramp in my foot or my calf or my stupid hands! The pain is always right at the edge, and I do everything I can not to push it over that line!

Definitely my head, both sides, but mainly the left side.
My arms (from elbows) to hands/fingers were so numb and pin prickly yesterday, that they were to the point of actually hurting ![]()

For me it's my left hip and waistline area. It did this about 10 years ago before the MS dx. Then they were looking for arthritis signs... nope not that just tight muscles. Now it's tight muscles and they are burning.
![]() Haven't heard from neuro yet about the MRI I had last week. ![]() Oh and that pain in my left side/hip... I can't be still because of it. I've got to be up moving or at least standing to get relief.
