The doc wanted me in the hospital for oyher reasons----reasons that would hurt my case with my Comp and retirement----And color me as a user an aaddict---Which I am not----The MS possibility the PT----They even told me in intake---They were not equiped for my type----

So I am glad I got the Attys ear-----He was a stern NO!!--------Believe it there is politics behind that action---I feel--------

So hopefully at 1pm when I go to the Attorneys office----He may some one who can--Get a DX or a handle on it-----Plus deal with my origanal injury--

Its been a long day--woke with a migrain--had to deal with all this-------When I said ti the wife---Lets see what the Atty thiks---She laughed at me----She stopped laughing when He said what I said-----Being in Law you get the 6th sense------And something was amiss----

I am on comp for the wrecked shoulder and arm---I may be retired from the same----This is where the doc overstepped---
Now not consulting the nuero----Is pretty unique----Since he said the pain was slowly killing me----Why outta 2 days his becomes an issue----You got me---


I have had such a day---have such a migrain too-----I am sure what I wriiten is so all over the place----thin is---its all blured---I am doing my best not looking at the bright screen----***---the white is making me nasueus-----

Pete, text me or email me your number and I will call you! I am sorry your wife isn't being as supportive as she could be. U know I am here for u day or night. If you don't have access to anything in the hospital u can text me and I will update for you, hopefully your attorney gets this crud worked out. It burns my behind sometimes because here, I have served the public for years as have you and when it comes time for us to need someone we are often treated horribly. Luv ya buddy!

OK--I talked with another doc who is familiar with me and my injury and my illness-----

at least he agreed with not sending me to a ADCARE place----He was audibly angered by what he read in the computer-----This made me feel better----

then cry like a baby-----with what has happened-----so sick-----I have been made to nothing------

my health-pride--all gone...

I also called the Psychologist that I have seen---She moved---Took my call----She did not have access to me via the computer------But she was 100% for me----Saying this what not a head case etc----That my issue--Was---Get this----My Pain----Wow-----



OK---Why would the same doctor---Say Possible MS---And Yes MS hurts----Then Say MS is ABSOLUTLEY not a painful disease---------

I have such issues with this------- being a cop----getting stories like that pertaining to a crime-----You would throw 'em against the car --read 'em their rights as you radio it in as you search 'em;---Then they would go downtown and double talk the judge---

But seeing they are in white smocks----oooooh---they are in control to do and say what they will..

Then Get off all your meds
Then another doctor says that is Borderline negligence----

Now I am here------The holidays---Keep me from any New appointment----I am told until then use the ER------That may work for others----I may have lost muscle and stamina-----But I am still one tough SOB------Who loathes games---Who considers himself important and hates being put off------Even worse---Being sold out-----As I feel I was----Or so says my ATTY for my injury and my work case-------Now---Understand this-----This Doc wanted me off everything---I was told one doc writes the scripts----He was taking me off what I was on that he had nothing to do with----Also the Head--Nuero was in Cali--He never talked with him-------But today doing some investigation----I find a connection between the Doc and one of the Deputies---Brass---Higher up-----Whom would love to see---My 20 years---as of Sept 2009 go up in flames---How crazy is that?
