Default MS Tremor and Weights

I received my Good Grips cutlery and my Bell wrist and ankle weights.

I've used the fork and the rocker knife and they do allow me more control, my arm and hand shake and jerk less. I haven't used the souper spoon or the teaspoon, but I'm sure they will also help.

Yesterday, I wore the wrist weights. They are 1.5 lb each. I wore them when we went grocery shopping, and I did notice better control with them on.

Today, I wore the ankle weights. They are 2.5 lb each. It took awhile to get used to walking while wearing the weights, but I think I'm less jerky with them on.

The weights are easy to get on and off, and they are pretty comfortable as long as you don't wear them for long periods of time.

P.S. It's 37 degrees, with winds gusting to 40 mph, and it's snowing like crazy!! Not a nice day to go out of the house.
