I shall April! I can probably scan and send the sheets my chiro gave me. Very easy exercises that you can do daily. I've GAINED weight in muscle.

Laura, You Go Girl! As the young ones say around here! As a Copaxone pin cushion, and a former 10 year remissioner! (if that is a word here!) I can totally understand leaving it alone!
But you know what I admire most about you? TAking care of your health. I think eating right, losing weight, and exercising is the best thing you can do for your MS and YOU in general. Mom is only worrying about your health. Let her read your thread. Peace. |
