Default Took my first Avonex shot today!

Well I did it! I did my first shot today. Had my husband and daughter with my sister and the nurse helping me through it. After I bit of hesitation I gave myself the shot. It was not that bad. But am i feeling nasty right now. I got headaches and chills. I took some Advil to cope with it but once it wears off, it comes down hard on me.

I just want to say I'm proud of myself for doing this when i thought I was not going to have the strength to inject myself.
