Default Extreme paion in back

I have been awake since 3:30 with extreme pain in my back. Everytime I move it feels as if someone is stabbing in my left lower back. The rest of my back is aching and there is a dull pain in my lower back as long as I am not moving. It is the kind of pain that makes you gaspe and takes you breath away.

It also hapens everytime I lower my chin to my chest. I do not know if this if L'Hermites or not. My back has been bothering me for a few months and the back of my neck has been hurting for about 2 weeks.

I was going to go to the ER, but I am waiting until my doctor's office opens to see what they say. I will also cal the neuro's office at some point, but driving up there today is not an option.
