Smirk MS and itching

I have had this phantom itch now for 8 or more years and my Neurologist told me I was crazy.. HA! I tried EVERYTHING. I finally can sleep at night without getting jerked out of bed from the itch twitch.
2 words... Tens machine. It's a miracle. the little vibrations lull the painfull itch away. As soon as I turn it off the itch returns. If any of you have access to one believe me it works and it works well.. Good luck and feel better

Benadryl tablets. I'm going out after lunch to get some myself. Pool/chlorine daily must be making me itch.

Neurontin is the only things that worked for me with the itching/creepy crawlies. Mine is more of a tiny bugs under my skin feeling, like they are trying to walk away with my skin. It makes you feel crazy and hard to explain. Heat makes it worse for me.

I can tell if my shower is even a few degrees too hot because when I get out, I can feel them all over my back.

When I do end up itching myself to pieces I have found that benedryl cream helps and doesn't make me sleepy like the benedryl pills.
