Frown Tired

I get so tired of the weird stuff that you never know if its ms or something else. I have a terrible time with muscle knots (I guess you would call it) in my neck and shoulder area. They say its stress, but I don't feel stressed. I start pt tomorrow for that and some nerve pain in my right side and down the front of my leg (does'nt appear in the sciatic area).

Yesterday I took a nap and got up with some strange feeling in my right ear, now its ringing to beat the band, makes me feel bad and I can't stand loud noises and I feel like I can't hear very well. My ears have been ringing for a while but not like this. I try to just cope because after a while you seem crazy with all this stuff.

Some days you just want to scream!
