Default USDA database on foods & flavonoids

For those who want to get their flavonoids from foods the below USDA database provides a great deal of info on which foods in what form have how much of each.

http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcom.../Flav/flav.pdf (BIG file 1 meg)

p.s. I recommend you take a supplement along with the foods because they "work better".
