Default I'm feeling sad today. Things are getting worse.

I was planning a lovely horsie day today but I woke to realise that I'm starting another relapse I think. I'm so p""sed off and really sad that I'm not going to breeze this thing like I always imagined I would. I'm having more stuff already!

I worked a late shift for the first time in 3 weeks last night, took my Beta at midnight, slept, and woke with left facial weakness again. My smile is wonky, I'm heavy, tired and getting double vision to the left. If I move my head too quick, I'm getting double vision and vertigo.

I'm so cross with myself. It's feeling real today. I just want to sleep and hide. Maybe I'm just over tired but I don't think so-it's all too real.
Anyway, the horses will have to wait; I'm going to have a nap on the sofa. Bu^^er.
Where did I go wrong???

How do you all cheer yourselves up when it happens to you?
