Default Report on Hula Chair

I have now been using the chair for a full week. The first two days I used it for ten minutes each day at the lowest speed. Then I upped it to the fully recommended twenty minutes a day.

I have played around with the speed, but I honestly can’t see a use for anything but the slowest speeds. I can honestly say that I do feel that I have exercised areas of my back and stomach that haven’t been used in some time. Since my problems are related to balance, coordination, and core muscle weakness,

I feel that using the chair is loosening up and strengthening areas of my body that need it the most. The feeling is sort of like the motion you get when horseback riding. At the low speed I feel that the stretching and flexing of the muscles is subtle enough that don’t worry about hurting myself, but I really can feel it after I use the chair.

I am pleased with my purchase, and am including it in my daily routing.
