I finally got my Elliptical today. I absolutely love it! I have been on it several times today.
The last time I went 15 minutes  I had both my husband and son telling to get off the Elliptical before I pushed myself too much...kill joys  I want to get back on but my body is telling me don't even think about it  Can't wait until morning when I can get back on the Elliptical, yes, I know, there is something wrong with me

You sound like me. I was keen on mine long ago too.
became a wonderful clothes hanger. Much better value for money hanging space than a treadmill. |

In a past life I also used exercise equipment for hanging clothes, I haven't done that in years. I had a treadmill for quite a few years, I wore it out. I have been trying to decide if I wanted another treadmill or something else. Once I tried the Elliptical I knew that was the one I was going to choose. My max on the treadmill is 2 miles with a 2 to 3 percent incline. I am excited to experiment, over time, to see what my max will be with the Elliptical. I will keep moving and using exercise equipment until the time my body says that's it, your done

Hi Snoopy,
You'll be amazed at how it increases your lower body strength. It also firms up the heinie.
