Glad you're feeling better Holly! When I'm out in the sun, I usually feel better (though tired) as soon as I suck down a few popcicles..

I sat outside in the direct sun for a couple of hours yesterday at a Flag Day celebration. I got terribly overheated and was really messed up the whole day even after I cooled down.

In past summers, when the heat would zap me, I just had to cool down and then I would be OK. Is it possible that yesterday's exposure is still affecting me today? Does anyone else experience this or am I just wiped out from something else?

heat exaustion,,,is the term you are looking for,,,,it takes the sap out of you,, sometimes its hour ,days and or up to a week to feel right again,,,take in plenty of fluids,,fresh fruits and alot of sleep.............bobber
