Thumbs up excellent w/c article

This is an EXCELENT article about making that transition into your first wheelchair. While the intended audience is those with Post Polio Syndrome, this article applies to anyone who is experiencing increased pain and/or fatigue and going thru the mental struggles of "should I get a wheelchair?"

I highly recommend it to those of you wondering if you should transition to a wheelchair for the 1st time (and it is a good read for the rest of us too)

My mother has post polio, and calls her walker a horse. "bring me mah horse" she bellows! She loves her ride on scooter.
