Default ever have this weird sensation?

I have trouble describing the sensory feelings my feet go through sometimes. I have had numb, tingly, feeling like not there...

but, I have this weird sensation sometimes that is very odd and hard to describe....like my foot or just one or two toes is almost growing. It is kinda tingly but not in the usual way, more like a little vibration and like it is getting bigger or there is something being put on it.

what is this?

and do you ever wake up in the middle of the night with your hand or arm or something asleep? like it wakes you up?

Is this normal?

Default

I wake up with my hands (one or both) totally asleep almost every night.

It's usually the left hand, I'm a left side sleeper. I think it's because I'm...not small...and I sleep on that side pretty much exclusively.

I had an EMG (think that's the right name) last year, and the neuro said it wasnt carpal tunnel, but he didnt know if it was being caused by the MS or not. Probably is, but I'm trying to not blame it on that...it could just be that I'm kind of heavy, and I sleep on that arm a lot and it's getting squished.
