More trouble sleeping.

Yes, my sleep is non existent most of the time. I have insomnia. I just can't sleep. So much buzzing and prickling going on. I can only sleep when I have completely exhausted myself. I been getting about 5 hours of sleep every other day.

By I can look back for years and see where I would do the same thing for months at a time and then suddenly sleep more than 'normal', not being able to stay awake when I'd get home from work. I guess it was surely the ms then. Just didn't know why. But now I do.

I've just quit worrying and am excepting it. If I must sleep during the day. That is what I do.

I'm so sorry you are experiencing this... and all my other NT friends who also have this problem.
