Mad I know summer is here via MS

Just this morning I found that summer had truly arrived. Not because of the temp. because it was only in the 60s.

My summer ... my fatigue went up a few notches thanks to the higher humidity levels.

A turtle can move faster than me and my thoughts are slower than molasses.

I have stuff to do and can't put it off... it will just take much longer than it should

Okay, this small note took me nearly 20 minutes to write.

Now I need to try to get that stuff done.

I am right behind ya. Sheesh! I take three times as long to climb the steps, or just find my purse to be able to leave the dang house. Thank God the hubby drives. I would not be a good driver in the summer time.

I'm in front of the two of you, 'cause I'm not going anywhere. I'm a prisoner in my A/C house and even with that, I am still slower than usual, due to the humidity permiating the barriers..

I just had a talk with DD and asked her to stay out of the heat and humidity as much as much as possible and drink lots of water. She has MS, too and, although she is in a remission, she has been suffering from some dizzyness and fatigue, lately.

You guys whio have to get out there and work, listen to Mommy's warning and take care of yourselves..

I'm right with you all. The past few years I hate summer and just can't wait for Fall.

I hate muggie days. Like this one. I know it'll get worse and I look forward to clear skies and low humidity!

Ugh, ugh, ugh!!! I hate summer. Blast all of those who wanted hot weather. I am so uncomfortable, and I don't trust my legs or vision at all.

I don't get the fatigue as much as I get sensory tingling (feels like bugs crawling on me, it's icky) and hot, crawling feeling through my scalp.

Now that we've got the other headache pain under control, I get to enjoy the feeling of crawly, hot bugs! JOY!

(that's my onset of summer story)

I wonder if the trick to beating this is all going south and living in hot locations year round, so we either forget that moments of relief exist, or we adapt.

I know I'm slow and draggy when, my little doggy is more active than I am.. he's enjoying the warm sunny weather....outside barking at everything that moves.

I looked out the window and he was sunning himself...the little twerp.. He only comes in, through the doggy door to get water and nag me for food.

If this is how I feel now, how am I going to get through the real dog days of August..

heat induced fatigue sucks.

summer sucks.

Hot weather that wont go away really sucks!

thunderstorms that blow thru with nice cool rain are totally cool. (in more ways than one)

I love air conditioning.
