If you pay for the whole thing, then you can get whatever you want done. Shents or mesh are not usually used unless the walls are ballooned, too thin or damaged in some way. JMO

Elective surgery, as prevention, seems extreme to me.

Neck and chest, none in the head, and those tested are seeing blockages between 85 and 100% - with a large amount of new little veins having sprung up to try to take some of the load off.

They are using stents to open the narrowed veins up again.
