Default More disease progression blah,blah,blah

Went to the neuro today, he is a really sweet guy, very smart and understanding, got my MRI results. Why is it that I never hear Hey Great! No new lesions! No Progression! Nope every time it's well....there's been a little more disease progression from your last MRI same thing today, I am always positive but it is kind of discouraging! he asked how everything was I told him having some visual issues, the heat is killing me, tremors are awful some days, spasms are awful some nights yada, yada. Just bummed cause for once I would love to hear GOOD news!!
