Default Merry Christmas+Happy New Year

Hello all you lovely people,
I'm sorry I have not been on very much in the past few months. It's been rather rough for us here. I had a miscarriage several weeks back while family was over visitng from the UK. I've been back to work, but last week I began to have an awful exacerbation, and am presently undergoing a three day course of IV Solu Medrol.

I just wanted to take the time to wish all of you a very Merry Christmas and the Happiest of New Years. May you all have holidays filled with good cheer, joy, laughter, love, peace, and most of all good health. I wish you pleasant times with family and loved ones, and hope that the brightness of the stars will bring much light and love into each of your lives.

Cheers to you and yours!

All the best,
Chris

Nice of you to check in, Chris. I have missed you a lot. So sorry for your recent loss. I had no idea. Also, sorry for your exacerbation. It's not suprising, though, under the circumstances, of the stress of your miscarriage.

I hope you and your Family can manage to have a simple and happy holiday. Take care of yourself and let others do the work for awhile. You need the rest.

Come back when you are able. I love hearing from you.

Love,

Chris,

How difficult things must be for you right now with your loss of your baby and now dealing with an exacerbation.

I'm wishing you all the best for the coming Holiday and the New year.

Thank you Sally and Snoopy,
I have missed communicating with you too, Sally. I hope you are faring well. Thank you for your good wishes also, Snoopy. I feel a tad better today. We went and bought ourselves a "Select Comfort" bed yesterday as a Christmas gift to one another. My husband had slept on one in a hotel for business recently and was raving about how comfortable it was.

I must say that last night was one of the best nights of sleep I have had in years and years (it was delivered yesterday). Even on the Solu Medrol, I almost slept through the night. My family was here for a bit over Thanksgiving, and my Mum was wonderful to me. We've got meals and meals frozen in the freezer to eat for weeks.

We shall be spending the holiday with my husband's family here, and I've almost completed all of the shopping for his family and have mailed all of the packages abroad to mine. I am looking forward to a 4 day weekend off from work for Christmas and then again for New Years.

Thank you again for your concern and kind words.

Best wishes to you and yours during this lovely holiday season,

Chris
