Default boost...

Hey, Sally. I have the exact same thing. In fact, it ALSO seems that everytime something flies by, I catch it. As soon as my fever breaks from the flue, something gets infected, or something. I hired two people to come clean my house before my daughter got home from the Army for Christmas pass, and neither showed up. Frantic, to say the least.

A few years ago, I bought "Boost" for my sister who was dying from cancer...to help keep her going. So I thought, why not try it???? Well, as with any illness, my appetite was not the best, but the Boost supplied much needed vitamins. Can't say I am HEALED (LOL), but I can say that I DO have a little more energy than I had. It is definately worth a try.

Boost has a vitamin taste which I find to be repulsive. But, the vanilla Boost, with a trick of the mind, tastes like eggnog...a very seasonal drink. Try it.

Thanks so much Chris, Craig and Sallyb for your thoughts. I can almost feel the energy you're trying to send me.

Boost Huh? Maybe I should give that a try. Another thing I notice. If I remember to to take at least 1200mg of fish oil capsules each day, i feel a little boost in energy too.

I think worrying about getting things done makes me just as tired as actually doing them.

I'll be better as soon as Christmas is over.

Happy Holidays All of you Dear People,
