the support you may find on here is wonderful. these guys are great. i'm sure you'll find a wealth of information.
i'm terrified of my disease.
the cliff is getting higher and i'm getting closer the the edge. i'm frustrated, angry and out of control. everything is changing.
yeah, live day to day and all that ... but that doesn't pay the bills or nurture the nest egg.
i'm fed up of the whole deal. and i can't put it in better words.

welcome by the way. :)

Hi Fouf,

I really enjoyed your description of MS as I too can totally relate to it!

I don't have MS but have a condition that is very similar in many ways called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS/RSD). I developed it when I was 12 years old and am now 14. I was told by my Doctor and Neurologist that MS and CRPS are thought to be the most closely linked neurological condition known at the moment.

When I am describing my CRPS, I often tell people that I feel like an hamster on a wheel; spinning around loads but never moving anywhere. I also tell my PTs and Doctors that I feel like a fire man who has to send his fire bregade out to treat a fire as whenever I develop a new problem, it seems to wreck my entire body.

I'm sorry that you are having to deal with this also! I understand how lonely it can get dealing with such an awful condition so if you ever need/want someone to talk to, please know that I am here for you!

Alison
