Default getting sick with MS

Do people with MS tend to get sicker easier and for longer? Just wondering cos I've been sick for the second time in the last month, and this time I feel like my body is just not shaking it off. I haven't taken an antibiotic for about 10 years for upper respiratory stuff and I don't wanna have to break my record Plus I'm nursing and I don't want to risk getting thrush.
