I am quite sensitive to aspertame. Even 10 minutes of chewing a lil stick of gum with it, will give me a blistering headache. its simply not worth the next 12 hours of laying in bed, feeling like my mind is bubbling. its everywhere! mouthwash, and gum, and salad dressings, and loads of other things. I have become a champion lable reader. Between that and the high fructose corn syrup, I had to cut several things off my lists.

I am glad you are finding relief.
