well, call me crazy but I think you need to go to the party store and buy balloons and a tank of helium. You can take the tank with you and make funny noises all down the street. It will give your neighbors something to talk about.

I bought one from Walmart. The pole is designed with a metal bracket that fits between the wheel and the body of the bike. I am able to get it on my scooter by inserting the bracket on the back of the scooter on the roll-bar wheels.

But Crazy, I did the balloons, but cars kept dumping toddlers on me, thinking I was the party!! :eek::eek: And who told you I make funny noises??

I found similar clipper to hold the stick or flag while using wheelchair.
