Actually she did good for ordering the c-spine. :) They generally won't do anything lower down unless you present symptoms that would make them want to take a peek. Or in my case, they found four leisons in my c-spine and wanted to get a base line for the rest. I do have one other in my T-spine.

The LP is a hit and miss. Don't blame you for being concerned. Some get the headache, some like me don't. Some like me have a not so great time with the procedure itself, some don't have a problem with it. But there's plenty of advice for how to try to keep from getting the dreaded headache.
