This kind of "article" annoys me. You get the PhD on the name which is supposed to give it credibility then there's no real information. What really gets me is the title, like it wasn't written that way to get your attention? The brains thing only yeilded a 3.4 variance, I think the title should have been "Brazilian Government can't spread MS fast enough". At least we're talking about a 16x variance then. Ken
