I just saw an ad on TV that canada dry ginger ale has real ginger in it! dont know how much, but its now its claim to fame.

I agree with Sal, nausea is the worst! I go through peroids where I get waves of nausea, and it rolls on for days, and then as mysteriously as it came, it goes away. I hate this disease.

Dej, Canada Dry Ginger Ale works wonders on nausea. Only time I drink soda is Ginger Ale when I'm sick with stomach pain/nausea actually :).

Dry Ginger Ale usually does the trick.

There's also peppermint. I use the gel capsules, but I suppose tea or mints would also work. Peppermint's also good for "wind" pains.
