Default Infection or symptom of MG?

Hi everyone,
I started getting a sore throat on Fri. It seemed better yesterday but is back this morning worse than Fri. The glands in my neck feel and look swollen. My husband commented on how pale I look today. I am wondering if I have picked up an infection of some kind or is just a symptom that is associated with MG? I am weak and shaky in my shoulders, arms and hands and am so exhausted I just want to sleep. I just want to make sure this isn't anything I need to be overly concerned about.
Thanks,
Kendra

I am not a Dr but it sounds to me like you are getting sick, and being sick makes your MG worse. Call a Dr and make an appointment. Cold be a cold or sinus infection or streph throat. Remember with MG infection is harder on our system then normal people.

Cool Hi Kendra!

Hey there! I agree with Joanmarie - sounds like you've got an infection. You do want to call your dr just to be safe. You may also have thrush - do you have a white coating on your tongue? Thrush can make your throat hurt like mad!

Just try and RESt today! There is no point in overdoing it and feeling worse....Let your family spoil you rotten!

Big hugs!
Erin

I really don't have anything to add except that I hope you feel better. I'm glad you are calling your doctor!
