Default Question

Hello again,

I hve a question (already):
I have a pressure sensation just below my chest all the way around to my back. Is this related to myasthenia? It's like a tight band around my body under chest.

Patsy, I agree with joanmarie...call your doctor right away! I don't know how long you have been having this, but you really need to be seen by a doctor to determine the cause. Let us know how you make out. Pat

Patsy, does it come and go, or is it there constantly? I get a pain under my chest that takes my breath away. It is a big cramp (Charlie Horse). I get them frequently. It helps if I stand up when I get them.

Help Hi Patsy!

I only got those after my thymectomy - I think it was due in part to my lung biopsy done @ the same time! I would have to hold my breasts up and wear lots of supportive shirts to stop that sensation.

I do agree with EVERYONE else, though - call someone ASAP - just to be on the safe side!

Take care!
Erin

Ditto. It could be chest wall weakness but it could also be LOTS of other things. I hope your doc can figure it out.
