I've asked this question before but I have misplaced the answers I received.
In the past I tried to take Mestinon but could not handled the gastro-intestinal side effects. A couple of you mentioned a drug that you take with Mestinon that helps mitigate those side effects. Would you please mention them again? Thanks |

I take probanthine(propantheline) I know it is contraindicated for MG, but has no side effects on mine. It does work wonders for my nausea/vomiting. As for the other aspect, the runnning to the toilet I take I take lomotil, which do help.
hope this helps Kate

I don't need to take anything for the gastro side effects. However, my neuro recommended Imodium should they present.
