I'm glad I could make you feel a little more relieved! Having a disease like this can be scary at first. Knowing what meds can make things worse really helps. And your eye docs need to know and understand this issue too, so be sure to tell them about it. My eye doc uses only one drop on my eyes.

Do you have a U-shaped pillow? I like the ones that have buckwheat hulls in them. They are great for resting the head/neck muscles. I have used it during driving or just sitting at the computer. It came in handy when I had to sleep in my chair during pneumonia. You don't know how weak muscles can get doing simple things until you have a disease like this. I can get the most horrific "tension" headaches from those muscles getting weak. Those muscles in the back of the head can give me the most "vice grip" feeling.

A friend of mine lives down there in MO and the heat has been horrific this summer. Glad it cooled down a bit for you.

Oh you are not kidding about the "vice grip" feeling. It is miserable!

We have definitely caught a break here in Mo! It is almost chilly right now. Feels great after all the heat. I have always loved summer but the older I get the more ready I am for Fall!
