I'm so angry at how insensitive your co-workers are to your illness. It seems like this should be covered under the americans with disabilities act.
I'm so sorry you're being treated like this.
Have you tried bringing in a little cooler, and put ice packs in it, and while you're sitting put one on your stomach under your blouse, or shirt, or even on your thigh under a skirt/dress. These things have helped me.
So sorry you're working with so many jerks.
