Default Crisis coming on?

I want to get some feedback on symptoms ive been having lately.

In the last week, driving has become an issue, i cant use both hands, they get too tired, so i have to switch arms, and even at that it is very tiring, my breathing is comprimised, ive had to take deep breaths because i felt as though i had no air, just when driving.

My eye has been closed a few times fully

my arms while typing get very very tired. and when swallowing my throat is just tired.

just a few minutes ago i choked on some water, yet i tried agian just now, and i was fine..

Im going to go to sleep right now and see how i feel when i wake up, and decide if i should go to school or not.

Thanks guys.
