I was wondering if u guys new whether or not too much mestinon can make
u weaker? My doc had me on 1/2 pill yet I took a whole one today and I have been excersizing for the last two days, so maybe it is that that is making me weaker, or if it was the medicine that did it I have been having trouble lifting grocery bags, walking through the store, and going up the stairs. Also eating food takes a while to go down. Any thoughts would be appreciated. |

Hi tyson,
Yeap, too much Mestinon can make you weaker. What's 'too much' depends on each person's own unique chemistry/body...SO 60mgs every 3-hours is okay for me, but maybe not for you. |

Hey Tyson, (((hugs))) I'm just going to agree that both, all the extra exercising, and the mestinon can make you weaker.
You may need to rest for a few days. It does sound like your body needs to recoup. Remember me telling you that I have this saying, and quite frankly am thinking it should have been a banner for MG.. "No Good Day Goes Unpunished" I hate it, but it's true with our bodies. I think it's because we over do, and over work our bodies. It's one of the reasons I sound like a broken record about getting to know your body, and it's limits. It may take awhile, but you'll get the hang of it. Love and hugs Lizzie |
