Default Vision....bad.

Im unsure of what to call this. Yet along with my new hair loss symptom, my vision has continually been getting worse as i wake up in the morning and not getting better. I dont have my contacts in right now, but still. My left eye has become as bad as my right (legally blind) and everytime i blink it gets very cloudy and is not good. I feel like im loosing vision, what is this?
