Default Memory loss with Myasthenia gravis

Does any suffer memory loss with Myasthenia gravis i have started having memory loss I take Mestinon 60mgs 3times a day I know it's happening so does my wife but I don't want to believe it and I don't know what to do , is it the medication or my condition can some one please help its driving me mad .
Please help me .

Possible considerations...
Age
other family members with memory issues
Statins ( Lipitor gave me memory, word finding issues)
Other meds being taken/interactions/side effects

I’ve been taking Mestinon for over 20 years and haven’t suffered any memory loss. Myasthenia Gravis should not cause memory loss. Jim
