Default Endometriosis and MG

i just came back from the gynecology and now they find me endometriosis cyst and want to make sergery and after that treatment with LHRH therapy / this is some hormony therapy which stop your menstrual cycle for 3 to 6 months - every month 1 ampule intra muscle/ and after that will be more possible to be pregnant, may be now that is the reson i cannot be pregnant.
So ok i illmake the sergery -laparoscopy, but cani put this ampules - may be will agressive the MGand worseit?
The medications are: Zoladex or Diferili.
Do you have some info about that, can we ask some doctors about that?
