Default Hey all.

It's been a while, just wanted to give you an update.

I'm at college, went to the er with diagnosis of bronchitis last night, then had an appointment with my new specialist at johns Hopkins. Jessica corse. Wonderul practice they have there.

She's taking me off cellcept and putting me on imuran and putting me back on 60mg of pred. Due to feeling so weak lately.

I had to drop chem. It was too much.

Also- she said in 3 weeks if the pred didn't work that well then I would get ivig. Coooool right? Better than nothing. But hope you all are doing swell.

Glad to hear from you Tyson!

So I get the medical stuff and hope you feel stronger soon.

Don't worry about chem - - you can pick it up when you are stronger...and it cuts out both the class and the lab time which is like a two-fer for you now.

(I took 8 credits of inorganic over one summer. It was terribly concentrated - but a huge gain to get it done and not having any other classes to deal with. Something to consider if you are doing really well next spring.)

Tyson, I hope you are enjoying college in spite of MG.

Please make sure your doctor runs the TPMT test before switching you to Imuran! They are supposed to do that.

Good luck with the change in meds.
