Annie will be glad to, when the system lets me post links. I apparently need to post a it more before I can post links. ;0 Found this out this afternoon when I tried to share a great article on seronegative dx. Hopefully in a day I will be able to give links. It does make sense though... there are several slow channel mutants.. and one has the channel get stuck open too wide, which often allows "debris" to also get stuck in the channel and makes it innactive..

Annie,
About halfway down this page, note that they see about a 50% response at first, but not lasting. http://neuromuscular.wustl.edu/synmg.html#scs also..note that this research showed a case of diagnosed SCCS that had response to mestinon http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bookshel...tial_Diagnosis Last edited by roguepuppet; 11-22-2010 at 12:22 PM. |
