Default Thought Id let you all know how im doing

Hello all, hope your all doing well! I saw the rickshaw Abby...quite impressive!

I am on my second day of IVIG, today I was so tired and achy from it. Does that happen to any of you? I basically take a benedryl and im gone for 6 hours.

My doctor plans to have me doing Monthly IVIG 5 hours at a time until the Imuran starts working and to aslo get me off the prednisone.

Im on 40mg of pred, still and I doubt ill be able to get off it but ill hope for the best.

I was having trouble breathing the last couple days, when walking around to classes but the IVIG seems to be kicking in so its gone for another month or so..

Wonder why my MG is so hard to control? Im sure many of you wonder that.

Have a good halloween!

Tyson, It may not only be MG that is causing problems. The drugs themselves might be causing problems for you. The drugs you are on come with some serious side effects.

While I think continuing on with school may be a choice you regret, it's your choice to make. I had to drop out a couple of times in college, once for a hyperextended/dislocated knee. It sucks but I sure as heck didn't want bad grades on my transcript either.

I hope you can get your grades back where you want them. I'm glad the IVIG is working well for you.

Annie
