T-Day is a real challenge for those of us with celiac disease and other food issues. You have to be really creative!

I hope you are having a mild winter and feeling well enough to enjoy time with family.

Thanks Annie, I was beginning to think I had offended some one!! LOL

Its very cold here, not as cold as you guys and girls have it but cold for Britain. Our water butt has frozen solid as has our outside tap (faucet I think you call them! LOL). No snow as yet weaher forecasters say Tuesday, so fingers crossed!
